THE TIME TO TAKE YOUR TIME

To really get the best out of your treatments, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before the time of your appointment.

BOOKING

You can book by calling +33 2 3114 2571,
by pressing the “Institute” button from your room
or at the institute reception with our staff from 9 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday and 9 am to 5 pm on Sundays.
You will be required to pay 50% in advance to confirm the booking.
Prices are for reference only and are subject to change at any time without notice.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard, Diner’s, Chèques Vacances, MGallery and Thalassa Sea & Spa gift vouchers, French bank cheque and cash

CANCELLATION / LATE ARRIVAL

Please inform us of cancellation at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise the sums paid will be retained.
In the event of late arrival, we will be forced to shorten the length of your treatment.

The time shown is for the full treatment.

AVAILABILITY OF TREATMENTS

The treatments shown are subject to availability when you arrive at the institute.
For optimum comfort, we recommend booking your treatments in advance.

ACCESS TO TREATMENTS

Sandals must be worn when accessing the wet areas of the institute.
Sports clothing and footwear must be worn in the fitness area.
Our prices include the use of a robe and bath towels and free access to the baths, hammam and gym during the half-day of your treatment or when two hours of à la carte treatments are purchased. Disposable underwear will be provided in the treatment areas. Our individual thalassotherapy and beauty treatments are for guests aged 18 and over. Some treatments are suitable for pregnant women. Please tell us if you are pregnant so we can give you the best advice possible. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the hammam or the gym.
You will be asked to sign a medical consent form for thalassotherapy treatments lasting under 4 days before starting your treatments.
The massage treatments are not for medical or therapeutic purposes. They are for general comfort.
